Residential Estates
We specialise in the maintenance of residential estates. We have the capacity to supply teams on a weekly, two weekly or permanent basis. All teams are supervised by an experienced manager. We take a holistic and proactive approach when managing large estates and will manage all aspects, from the day to day maintenance such as mowing, weeding and irrigation, but also other horticultural practices such as pest control, fertilization and re-landscaping of old gardens.
Retirement villages
We are particularly well equipped for the maintenance of retirement village gardens. With more than 7 years’ experience in this field we have learnt the finer skills required to maintain the gardens for the elderly with respect & empathy. We work closely with the Trustees in order to establish gardens & living spaces which the residents can enjoy and access safely.
Commercial properties
Existing clients range from Laboratories, Food manufacturing facilities, Logistics Depots & Estate agents. We work closely with property and facilities managers in order to ensure their office or factory gardens are maintained to a standard that add value to their corporate image.
Once off clean-ups
Some clients might only require the occasional clean-up. Selling or leasing out a property? Let us come in and give it a good revamp before a new tenant move in or to add value to your asking price. We will supply you with a customised quote and can supply any maintenance related service from a major clean-up, spraying of weeds, trimming of trees and shrubs along electrified fences or the service of the irrigation system.
