The Brief: The client did some renovations to the house & boundary fence and wanted to install a new garden with much less vegetation & minimal lawn. The plot sloped towards the road. The garden was divided into three main areas – 1. A large level area for a possible firepit or the kids’ trampoline, 2. A second level area with indigenous plantings & a forged iron table set and 3. An oversized pathway with brown stone chip and large charcoal pavers to connect the various areas & to act as main entrance to the front door. A row of olive trees was planted along the boundary fence for privacy.
